Living Well with Chronic Conditions (VIRTUALLY)
This 6 week, evidence-based program is for people who live with one or more long term health problems. In a small group led by two group leaders, participants learn tools to help deal with day-to-day challenges of living with chronic conditions. Participants develop skills for managing life with symptoms such as pain, fatigue, sleep issues, stress, anxiety, difficult emotions, and depression.
Right Now: NEW Leaders are being trained:
A couple have maintained status as Master Trainers for these workshops from The Self Management Resource center (SMRC) --formerly Stanford University. We just completed our Virtual CDSMP (vCDSMP) training and we are thrilled to offer new CDSMP material (from the 2020 update) and specific skills and tips for offering Living Well via ZOOM.
(I will update this area when NEW classes are offered for Education to Public)
